National Science Bowl

To put some of our science knowledge to use, we participated in the Science Bowl. Each round of the competition is a science trivia battle between two teams, and typically the winner is the team can answer the most questions correctly and quickly. Teams are penalized for incorrect answers, discouraging attempts to guess arbitrarily.

Our team won first place in the Maryland Regional Science Bowl, and participated in the National Science Bowl.

This activity was undertaken as part of Montgomery Blair High School's Science Bowl team in spring 2009.
